Associate Vice President for University Centers
Dale Hamby is the Associate Vice President for University Centers to work with the center directors and faculty members leading center initiatives. He will provide project oversight for each center, as well as support business development, relationship development, and program development for each center as well as coordinate strategic efforts across all centers.
Dale comes to us with significant experience in strategic planning, business development, team leadership and education. He has taught at the high school and college levels for 15 years to include three years at the US Military Academy and three years at Thomas Jefferson High School for Science and Technology in Fairfax, VA. In addition to his work in education, Dale is a retired Army Intelligence Officer who has worked for a number of federal agencies and corporations. He is a graduate of the US Military Academy with a BS in Engineering; a BGS in Computer Systems Analysis from Roosevelt University; and an MBA from Harvard University.
