Being physically active and participating in recreational activities is part of a healthy lifestyle. Harrisburg University students can make use of the variety of recreational facilities and programs at Fitness U for $50 per semester. Fitness U is a 14,000 square foot full service fitness center, with the entrance located on the second level of Strawberry Square, adjacent to the food court. The center holds two floors of fitness equipment. The club services include the latest cardiovascular equipment, circuit training, cutting edge group fitness classes, and clean locker rooms with personal showers, saunas, and towel service. Personal Training and Tanning are also available at a discounted rate for members.
