What We Do
The Student Success Center is open to students for an array of one-on-one assistance, as well as the source of many university-wide events and programs. Located at 322 Market Street, we are open for drop-ins, group workshops and appointments. HU has a strong team of thoughtful and dedicated faculty and professional staff who combine efforts to foster your success. The Student Success Center provides empowering programs and support that help you make the most of the opportunities you encounter. You’ll feel confident as you transition through college life and build a foundation of academic and professional skills.
In addition to general advising, you’ll be assigned a faculty advisor as soon as you are granted admission. Most often this advisor is a faculty member who teaches first-year courses and is affiliated with your particular area of study or interest. If you don't select a major, you will get a specific advisor to help you explore the many options available to you.
