Manager of Experiential Programs to Join Harrisburg University

Harrisburg University of Science and Technology announced that Sara Kehler will join as its Manager of Experiential Programs effective February 22, 2010.
In her role at the University, Kehler will develop and implement programs and services aimed at supporting student learning and success in the areas of Experiential Programs, Business Mentor Program, and Career Services.
Experiential programs and mentoring are key components of the education at Harrisburg University. The University balances students' education to include traditional elements, specialized expertise in their fields of study, and significant career-oriented experiential components so students graduate with experiences that make them more prepared and competitive in their careers and their lives. Experiential components bring the world of work into the classroom and the world of work becomes the classroom through mentors, capstone projects, case studies, internships and corporate faculty.
A resident of Harrisburg, Kehler’s previous experience includes serving as an account manager at Web Clients and as an admissions counselor at Lebanon Valley College in Annville, PA.
She earned a master’s in business administration at Lebanon Valley College in 2009 and a B.A. in corporate communication/marketing from Susquehanna University in Selinsgrove, PA.
