2012 Project Leadership Forum to Explore the Psychology of Project Management

Organizations must adapt quickly, and with minimal disruption, or they risk becoming obsolete and alienating customers. That calls for project leaders who possess a keen ability to recognize, understand, and adapt to change quickly and confidently, in order to succeed.
Learn how to adapt to change and to enable continual improvement that can contribute greatly to an organization’s sustainability and success during the 2012 Project Leadership Forum at Harrisburg University of Science and Technology It all occurs doing the two-day program entitled The Psychology of Project Management: Survival Skills for Discerning, Adapting and Continual Improvement that explores the psychology of project leadership by studying personality styles, factors that create individual motivation, and the skills to influence others.
Set for June 14-15th in Harrisburg, the annual event brings together notable project management experts for keynote presentations, case study analysis and workshops that focus on the interpersonal aspects of managing people as well as the leadership factors that can impact a project's outcome.
Attendees can learn how to engage decision makers and end-users by addressing their motivational factors and preferences; adapt quickly to different work and communication styles; use approaches and techniques to influence the actions of others; minimize margins of error and improve project outcomes by getting it right the first time. Additionally, attendees can earn 12 Project Management Institute PDUs.
